Steps:
- Combine sugar, cornstarch, and salt in saucepan. Add water and 2 cups blueberries, stirring constantly until the mix comes to a boil and is thickened and clear. Remove from heat and stir in butter and lime/lemon juice. Having prepared/purchased a 2-crust pie crust, add 2 cups of uncooked blueberries. Pour cooked blueberry mix on top. Add the second crust and vent. Bake 425 degrees for 40-50 minutes. When you see the crust is lightly browned and has juice bubbles coming through the steam vent, it is done.
