Double Crust Pie Shell.... image

1 of the few pie crusts I make. It fast & easy...

Time 20m

Number Of Ingredients 4

2 c all purpose flour, sifted
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c vegetable oil
1/4 c whole milk

Steps:

  • 1. Per-heat oven to 475F. In a medium bowl mix flour & salt. Pour oil & milk into measuring cup, but don't mix. Add at once to the flour mix. Stir until mix press into smooth ball. Cut into half. Place into pie baking pan & bake for about 8 to 10 minutes.
