Double-Berry Smoothies image

"I created this icy treat one very warm day," shares Kari Caven from Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. "Normally, I would've reached for ice cream, but I'm watching my sugar intake and cholesterol. This fruity beverage is thick, just sweet enough and delicious!"

Number Of Ingredients 4

1-1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1/2 cup 2% milk
1/3 cup blackberry creme yogurt
3 to 4 ice cubes

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in a blender; cover and process for 1-2 minutes or until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately.
