Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350. Mix flour,sugar,baking powder,baking soda and salt in a large bowl. Set aside. Beat eggs in medium bowl, add bananas,oil, and water, mix well. Add to flour mixture, stir just until moistened. Stir in cereal and walnuts. Pour evenly into 4 greased mini loaf pans. Bake for 40 minutes. Cool in pans for 10 minutes. Remove from pans, place on wire racks, cool completely.
