Don't Peek Stew image

I have eaten this dish many times, but have not made it. It is delicious. I have been thinking of doing it in the crockpot and see if it is as good, but have not yet.

This stew was a bit too salty for my taste. I think I'll use less salt next time.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my stew turned out really watery. I think I might have added too much liquid.

This stew was a bit bland for my taste. I added some extra spices and it was much better.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my stew didn't turn out as good as I hoped. The meat was a bit tough and the vegetables were overcooked. I'm not sure what I did wrong.

I was a bit skeptical about the 'don't peek' part, but I decided to trust the recipe and not peek. The result was a delicious stew with melt-in-your-mouth meat. I'm so glad I didn't peek!
