DOCTOR BIRD CAKE
Steps:
- Measure flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and sugar and sift together. Add bananas to dry ingredients, along with oil, vanilla, eggs & pineapple. Stir to blend. Bake in a tube or bundt pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour 20 minutes. Set aside to cool on rack when done.
