This recipe came in the recipe book with my Bread Machine. I've have used it for years, and it is a family favorite.

Steps:
- 1. Heat milk and butter in microwave for 2 min. Add in one egg at room temp. Pour into bread pan. Sift flour into a bowl, add salt and sugar, pour into bread pan. Make a small indention on top of flour and add yeast.
- 2. Run on DOUGH cycle. Once dough has mixed, rested, and risen, punch down. Let sit for 10 min.
- 3. Bring dough out onto lightly floured surface, cut into 12-18 pcs., depending on how big or how many rolls you desire. Place in 11x13 baking pan sprayed with spray oil. Brush with butter or olive oil. Let rest till doubled in size. Bake 375° for 15 min.
- 4. If making whole wheat rolls, use 2 c. of all purpose flour, and 1 1/4 c. of wheat flour. All other ingredients are the same, follow the same steps as the regular dinner rolls.
