DINNER IN A BAG

Dinner in a Bag image

I got this out of a quick cooking magazine, but I want to modify it for OMAC. The original was to mix spices and store them with the elbow noodles and a can of tomatoes, to add to browned hamburger later. I want to make a whole bunch of it and freeze it for later. I'll write a review after I've done it so we'll know if it worked or not*grin* I'll also add a prep time.

This recipe is a lifesaver on busy weeknights! It's so easy to throw everything in a bag and let it cook. The chicken always comes out tender and juicy, and the vegetables are always perfectly cooked.

I tried this recipe and it was pretty good. The chicken was a little bland, but the vegetables were tasty. I think I'll try adding some more seasoning next time.

I followed the recipe exactly and the chicken came out dry. I think it needed more liquid or maybe I should have cooked it at a lower temperature.
