Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to3 50. Grease and flour square 8 x 8 inch pan. Beat all ingredients except frosting in large mixer bowl on low speed. Scrape bowl constantly 30 seconds. Beat on high speed, scraping bowl occasionally for 3 minutes.
- 2. Pour into pan. Bake til wooden pick comes out clean. For square pan, bake 35 to 40 minutes or a round pan, bake 35 minutes. Cool and frost with frosting. French Silk Frosting: 1/3 cup margarine, softened 1 1/3 cups powdered sugar 1 oz. melted unsweetened chocolate, cooled 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 Tbsp milk Beat margarine, powdered sugar, chocolate and vanilla on low speed til blended.
