3 cups pancake mix
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon dill seed
1 1/2 cups milk
1 egg
1 tablespoon canola oil
4 ounces swiss cheese, grated

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • In a bowl, combine pancake mix, sugar, onion and dill. Stir in milk, egg and oil until combined.
  • Fold in cheese.
  • Spread dough into a bread pan prepared with cooking spray.
  • Bake 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
