DIJON PARMESEAN CRUSTED HALIBUT image

Yield 4 filets

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/4 cup mayo
1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. Parmesean Cheese
4 Halibut Filets (4oz each)
1 Tbsp. butter, melted

Steps:

  • Prehead oven to 350 degreees. Lighly grease baking sheet. combine mayo, mustard and lemon juice in small bowl. Stir in half (1/4 cup) of dry bread crumbs and 1 tablespoon of parmesean cheese. Arrange Halibut filets on the baking sheet. Spread bread crumb mixture evenly over filets. In another small bowl, mix together butter and the remainder of the bread crumbs and parmesean cheese. SPrinkle over the coated filets. bake for 15-18 minutes or until each filet flakes easily with a fork.
