1/2 cup Ketchup
1/4 can diet soda
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp lemon pepper
4-6 frozen boneless skinless chicken breast thawed and rinsed and pound if necessary

Steps:

  • Defrost chicken breast rinse and pat dry (Sauce) combine ketchup, diet coke, garlic powder, salt and lemon pepper Preheat Grill place chicken breast on grill baste with sauce continue basting and turning frequently until done. About 10-15 minutes depending on size of chicken breasts
