1 cup oatmeal
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/3 cup shortening
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup self rising flour
1/2 teaspoon clove
1 banana, mashed
1 tablespoon peanut butter
3 tablespoons Sweet 'n Low

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Bake for 1 1/2 hrs in 300 ove in greased pan.
  • After first hour, cover with foil.
