Deviled Chicken image

My mum gave this one to my also and it is a really good one...

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 1/2 lb chicken that has been skinned
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 c tomato sauce no sugar added
2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tsp prepared mustard
1/4 tsp imitation butter flavoring

Steps:

  • 1. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
  • 2. In a nonstick skillet brown chicken on all sides over medium to low heat.
  • 3. Cut four small gashes in each piece of chicken.
  • 4. Transfer to baking dish.
  • 5. Combine tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and flavoring.
  • 6. Pour over chicken, bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes or until done.
