Quickly prepared, and the topping adds zip to the taste. Use Light Omega 3 Balance mayonnaise and real parmesan cheese for a superb flavor but only if you think eating commercial mayo is safe. I do not believe it is and strongly recommend that you make your own homemade mayonnaise.

I'm not a big fan of fish, but this recipe changed my mind. The haddock was incredibly tender and flavorful. I'll definitely be making this again.

This recipe was a disappointment. The haddock was dry and the lemon-herb butter didn't do much to improve the flavor.

Easy and delicious! I used cod instead of haddock and it was still great. I'll definitely be making this again.

Not a fan. The haddock was bland and the lemon-herb butter didn't do much to improve the flavor.

The haddock was a bit dry, but the lemon-herb butter helped to add some moisture. Overall, it was a good recipe, but I would make a few changes next time.

The recipe was easy to follow and the haddock was cooked perfectly. However, I found the lemon-herb butter to be a bit too overpowering. Next time, I'll use less butter and add more lemon juice.
