DELICIOUS SHRIMP SALAD
Love this shrimp salad, made with homemade Thousand Island Dressing...this salad is bursting with flavor...I'm having special company for dinner tonight, and this was one of the dishes requested...I hope you'll try it sometime, as it's delicious!

Steps:
- 1. Place all salad ingredients in a bowl and toss.
- 2. Whisk the dressing ingredients until well combined. Pour over shrimp mixture and toss to coat well.
- 3. Refrigerate to chill for a few hours. Serve over a bed of lettuce.
- 4. Enjoy!
