Delicious Pumpkin Wheat Pancakes image

There is no added fat or sugar in this recipe, but if you want to add it, you can use 1/4 cup regular sugar instead of stevia and 2/3 cup vegetable or canola oil instead of applesauce, but I think these are delicious and a bit healthier without all the added fat and sugar. The flavor of these pancakes was amazing, but the texture was a bit dense. I think I'll try using a different type of flour next time.

These pancakes were a disaster! The batter was too thick and the pancakes were gummy. I ended up throwing them all away.

These pancakes were a bit too dry for my taste, but the flavor was good. I think I'll try adding a bit more milk or yogurt next time.

I've tried many pumpkin pancake recipes, but this one is by far the best. The wheat flour gives them a nice hearty texture, while the pumpkin and spices add the perfect amount of sweetness and flavor.
