Delicious Low Cal Smoothie image

This smoothie is so delicious, and uses no dairy or added sugars. Change the fruits up a bit, or add more if you'd like to try something new. I've been eating this almost every day this week.

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 cup frozen raspberries
1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
1 cup pineapple
355 ml diet Sprite

Steps:

  • If your pineapple isn't already chopped up, chop it into pieces so its easier to blend.
  • Add all fruits into a blender.
  • Add the can of sprite, add less than the whole can if you want a thicker smoothie.
  • Blend on high power until smooth.
  • Serve in your favourite glasses, either with spoons or straws.
