Delicious Corn Souffle image

An easy to make, creamy, delicious side dish. Great to take to holiday dinners, barbecues, etc. This can be doubled successfully.

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 eggs
2 Tbsp cornstarch
2 Tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
pinch nutmeg
1 can(s) (1 lb.) creamed corn
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c heavy cream

Steps:

  • 1. Beat eggs until foamy. Beat in remaining ingredients.
  • 2. Pour into a greased 8 inch square baking dish. If doubled, use a 9 X 13 inch baking dish.
  • 3. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
