Delicious Coconut Custard Pie image

Very tasty, creamy textured pie. got recipe from another sight some time ago. family and friends love it. If crust and filling starts to brown to fast, lightly cover with aluminum foil.. Filling may look grainy when mixing is completed, that's ok, finished product will be fine. .

I've made this pie several times and it's always a crowd-pleaser. The coconut flavor is subtle but present, and the custard is rich and creamy. I like to serve it with fresh berries or whipped cream.
