I'm not sure if I have all of the ingredients for this recipe. Is there anything I can substitute for the buttermilk?

I'm allergic to coconut, so I'm wondering if I could substitute another ingredient. Do you think chopped walnuts or pecans would work?

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my cookies turned out dry and crumbly. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what happened.

These cookies were a little too sweet for my taste, but they were still good. I think I would reduce the amount of sugar next time.

I was a little hesitant to try this recipe because I'm not a big fan of coconut, but I'm so glad I did! The coconut flavor is very subtle and the cookies are so moist and chewy.
