Dehydrator augratin potatoes image

This is a very versitile recipe you can use in soup and casserole recipes, in gift in a jar recipes.And as you would any bettery crocker augratin potatoes package. What a lovely addition to any basket.

3 c potatoes, peeled, boiled, and mashed
1 1/2 c sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tsp salt

Steps:

  • 1. Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix. Spread onto solid sheets and dry in your dehydrator for 4 hours. With a clean butter knife, lift entire ring off sheet, turn over and dry for 1 hour longer, or until dry enough to break into pieces
