Steps:
- Preheat oil to 375°F. Make batter by mixing 5 tbsp of House-Autry Seasoned Chicken Fry and ½ cup water. Dip chicken in batter. Roll chicken in remaining dry House-Autry Seasoned Chicken Fry until coated. Deep fry 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Tip: I think the best fried chicken is cooked in a cast-iron skillet. Don't overcrowd it! Your oil will drop in temperature and it will cause your chicken to come out greasy instead of crispy.
