Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Spray a 9x13 glass pan.
- Cream margarine, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl until fluffy.
- Beat in eggs 1 at a time.
- Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt in a separate bowl.
- Blend in flour mix a little at a time using mixer.
- Add chocolate chips.
- Spread evenly in pan and bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Let cool and slice into squares.
