- Combine the rhubarb, dates, orangejuice, zest& cloves in a saucepan and barely cover with boiling water.
- Simmer until the dates and rhubarb are tender.
- Discard the cloves and add additional sweetener if you want to.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
