I'm not a big fan of dates, but I thought I'd give these cookies a try anyway. I was pleasantly surprised! The cookies were soft and chewy, and the date filling was actually really good. I'll definitely be making these again.

Easy to make and very tasty. The cookies were a bit crumbly, but the flavor was great. I'll try using a different type of flour next time to see if that helps.

Meh. The cookies were dry and the date filling was too hard. I wouldn't make these again.

These cookies were a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I would reduce the amount of sugar next time. Otherwise, they were very good.

Delicious! The cookies were soft and chewy, with a gooey date filling. I love the hint of cinnamon and nutmeg. I also added a sprinkle of sea salt on top, which really brought out the flavors.

Easy to make and oh so yummy! The combination of dates and walnuts is a winner. I used a mix of light and dark brown sugar, which gave the cookies a lovely caramel flavor. Will definitely make these again.
