Steps:
- DOUGH: Cream butter and sugar together. Blend in eggs, then add the dry ingredients. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Divide into 2 parts. Roll each portion into a 1/4" thick rectangle. FILLING: Cook all ingredients together, adding nuts last. Cool, then spread on dough. Roll in jelly roll fashion. Refrigerate rolls for 2 hours, then slice and bake on a greased pan. Allow cookies to cool for a few minutes, then remove them before they harden and stick to the pan.
