Number Of Ingredients 8

1 c dates, chopped
1/2 c butter
1 c sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
2 c rice krispies
1/2 c nuts, chopped
2 c coconut

Steps:

  • 1. Mix together dates, butter, sugar, salt, and eggs in large sauce pan. Cook slowly for 10 minutes. Stir in rice krispies and nuts. Place pan in refrigerator until cool.
  • 2. Form into balls about one inch in diameter. Roll in coconut. Freeze until needed or eat right away.
