1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons baking cocoa
1/2 teaspoon vanilla or orange extract

This souffle was easy to make and turned out perfectly. I used a ramekin and it cooked evenly. The chocolate flavor was rich and the texture was light and fluffy. I will definitely be making this again!

This souffle was a bit of a disappointment. The chocolate flavor was not as rich as I expected, and the texture was a bit dense. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong.
