- 1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 375F. WHISK TOGETHER DRY INGREDIENTS IN A MEDIUM BOWL. BEAT TOGETHER BUTTER AND SUGAR WITH ELECTRIC MIXER UNTIL PALE AND FLUFFY, THEN BEAT IN EGGS AND VANILLA UNTIL COMBINED. ADD FLOUR MIXTURE AND MIX JUST TILL COMBINED.
- 2. DROP LEVEL TBSPS OF DOUGH ABOUT 2 INCHES APART ONTO UNGREASED COOKIE SHEET. BAKE FOR 12 MINUTES.
