Dani's Green Monster Salsa image

This is a fresh and creamy green salsa, sort of a cross between guacamole and salsa verde. Put it on tacos, drizzle over grilled meats, or use it as a dip with some chips.

I'm not a big fan of cilantro, so I omitted it from the recipe. The salsa was still delicious!

This salsa is a bit too runny for my taste. I think I'll add some cornstarch next time to thicken it up.

This salsa is so versatile. I've used it as a dip for chips, a topping for tacos and burritos, and even as a marinade for chicken. It's always a hit!

I followed the recipe exactly, but my salsa turned out too spicy. Next time, I'll use less jalapeño.
