Dang Good Pie image

The name is right ... this pineapple coconut pie is dang good! It reminds us of a creamy pina colada. In each bite, you taste little bits of coconut and pineapple. It's super easy to make too. Just delightful!

I accidentally added too much salt to the crust. The pie was still edible, but it was a little too salty for my taste.

I used a store-bought crust to save time. The pie still turned out great.

I'm not a fan of raisins, so I omitted them from the recipe. The pie was still delicious.
