Pure awesomeness! My family gobbled these delicious patties right up, and were looking for more. These could also be served as an appetizer. Try them, you'll like them.

Steps:
- 1. Sauce: Mix all sauce ingredients until well blended. Chill until patties are done.
- 2. In a small skillet over med heat, melt butter and saute onion, garlic and pepper until tender.
- 3. In a med - large bowl, add the chopped chicken. Stir in the cooked vegetables. To this, mix in the egg, mayonnaise, creole seasoning, bread crumbs, mustard. Mix well.
- 4. In a large skillet over med heat, add oil and heat. Make patties by squeezing together with palms of hand. Carefully lay them in the hot oil. Cook for 3 - 4 minutes or until golden, then carefully turn to other side. Cook another 3 - 4 min. Drain on paper towels.
- 5. Serve hot with or without sauce. The sauce is great with them though. Enjoy! So yummy!
