Number Of Ingredients 9

3 cups soy sauce (kikkoman)
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce (lea & perrins)
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 dash paprika
1 dash ground pepper

Steps:

  • Using a 1 quart container Whisk all ingredients together until well blended. Seal well and all should last refrigerated 1-2 months.
  • Refrigerate.
