Dairy-Free Crepe and Blintz Filling image

Use this filling with sweet, paper thin crepes (I recommend Ann's 'Dessert Crepes' recipe here on allrecipes) and fruit for a satisfying weekend breakfast! Serving Suggestions: Fill slightly cooled crepes with the creamy mixture and top with fruit and whipped cream.

I would not recommend this recipe. The crepes were dry and the filling was bland.

These crepes were a disaster! The batter was too thick and the crepes were rubbery. The filling was also too sweet.

The crepes were easy to make, but the filling was a bit bland. I think I'll add some spices next time.

These crepes were a bit too thick for my taste, but the filling was delicious. I think I'll try making them again with a thinner batter.

I'm not usually a fan of crepes, but these were really good. The filling was sweet and creamy, and the crepes were light and fluffy.

These crepes are a great way to use up leftover fruit. I had some strawberries and blueberries that were about to go bad, so I threw them in the filling and they were delicious.

These crepes were fluffy and delicious! I used a gluten-free flour blend, and they turned out great. The filling was also very tasty. I will definitely be making these again!
