DAIQUIRI PIE image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1-9inch graham cracker crust
1 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 6oz can frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
1/3 cup light rum
Green food coloring
1-4 1/2 oz container frozen whipped topping, thawed
thawed Lime slices

Steps:

  • Beat cream cheeese until light and fluffy. Add milk and limeade, beating smooth. Add rum and food coloring; fold in whipped cream. Pour into pie shell and refrigerate 6-8 hours. Garnish with slices of lime, if desired.
