Steps:
- In a medium mixing bowl, beat eggs lightly, then slowly mix the sugar into the eggs. Once the sugar and eggs are combined, add the heavy cream. Into a large mixing bowl, sift the flour, salt and baking powder. Fold the egg mixture into the sifted flour mixture. Mix well and chill for 4 hours. Once you have taken the chilled dough from the refrigerator, perheat the oven to 350 degrees. On a lightly floured surface, roll out chilled dough and cut with small, round cookie cutter. Place a slivered almond on top of each cookie. Place on baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until done.

[email protected]Easy and fast to put together! I was out of fresh dill so I used 1 tsp onion powder and 1/2 tsp garlic powder instead. They are light, crispy, and melt in my mouth. Perfect with a cup of tea in the afternoon.

[email protected]Love the simplicity and freshness of these dill cookies! I'm used to crispy, buttery cookies, so this was a fun twist. I added a sprinkle of lemon zest for a little extra pop of brightness.

[email protected]I'm not sure about this dill cookie recipe. I followed the instructions exactly, but the cookies turned out too dry and crumbly. Maybe I need to try a different recipe.
