Dads Sausage Almond Casserole image

Ever since I was a little girl, my dad would come up with recipes to feed us 6 kids. This is one of the more popular ones! We would all fight for seconds! I sometimes will change up the peppers and use multi-colored peppers.

I'm not a big fan of sausage, but I loved this casserole. The almonds and cheese really balance out the flavor of the sausage.
