Dad's Rib Rub image

My dad is a grill man! My favorite are pork ribs, and every visit, this is his specialty! The rub has a little kick, but the best I've tasted!

Number Of Ingredients 5

1/4 cup paprika, sweet mild
1 1/2 tbsp ground black pepper
1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tbsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
  • 2. Rub on country ribs or rack of ribs. Let marinate in refrigerator at least 2-4 hours.
  • 3. Grill or bake and enjoy!
