This is a dish that my dad created one day when myself & my 4 sisters were younger. He didn't know what to call it so because you roll them like enchilada's I decided to call them his Chocolate Enchilada's.

Steps:
- 1. Roll out pie crust as large as desired. Take a small saucer or any round object and cut a circle. Inside the pie crust circle sprinkle the mixture of sugar, cocoa and cinnamon (cinnamon is optional & to taste). Place a pat of margarine inside & roll up like an enchilada. Place seam side down in a 9x13 pan.
- 2. Once you have the dish full of the enchilada's, sprinkle remaining sugar mixture over all and place a few pats of margarine around per individual taste. Pour enough milk or cream around in dish just to half-way to top of enchilada's.
- 3. Place in oven that has been pre-heated to 400. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until milk and sugar mixture has formed a pudding-type consistency. Enjoy! My sisters and I did and so have my kids!
