I'm not a huge fan of wheat berries, but I really enjoyed this salad. The dressing is delicious and the other ingredients really complement the wheat berries. I will definitely be making this again.

This salad is amazing! I've made it twice now and both times it was a hit. The flavors are so well-balanced and the wheat berries give it a nice chewy texture. I will definitely be making this again and again.
