- Toss crab and rice together.
- Add curry powder to mayonnaise and sour cream.
- Blend well.
- Stir into crab mixture.
- Sprinkle chopped eggs with lemon juice, salt and chives.
- Add to crab mixture.
- Serve on lettuce leaves.
