Curried Chicken Salad for Two image

"Curry and mustard complement the sweet fruit and crunchy nuts in this guilt-free salad. I like on a bed of greens or whole wheat toast, or scooped up with apple slices. Instead of chicken breast, try store-bought rotisserie chicken." -Joanna Perdomo, Miami, Florida

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my salad turned out bland and watery.

I thought this recipe was just okay. The curry flavor was a bit too strong for my taste.

I've made this salad several times and it's always a crowd-pleaser. The combination of curry powder, grapes, and celery is perfect.

I tried this recipe last night and it was a disaster. The chicken was dry and the curry powder was overpowering.

I'm not a huge fan of curry, but this salad was surprisingly good. The flavors were well-balanced and the chicken was tender.

I love this recipe! The curry powder gives the chicken salad a nice kick, and the grapes and celery add a refreshing crunch.

This curried chicken salad is a delightful dish that combines the flavors of curry with the creaminess of mayonnaise. It's a great option for a quick and easy lunch or dinner.
