3 eggs
3 cups milk (warm)
1/3 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Steps:

  • Beat eggs until frothy
  • Mix remaining ingredients mix.
  • Place in custard cups.
  • Stand them in a pan of water.
  • Bake at 350° until firm in the center about 25 minutes.
