Cumin Vinaigrette image

This dressing packs alot of flavor and you have got to love your cumin to enjoy this one. This is another recipe from P90X fitness plan. We had this dressing for our Island Pork Tenderloin salad we had tonight. It is a full flavored dressing and complimented the pork well.

I'm allergic to cumin, so I substituted it with ground coriander. The dressing turned out great! I'll definitely be making this again.

This dressing is really good, but it's a bit too oily for my taste. I think I'll try using less oil next time.

I followed the recipe exactly and the dressing turned out really bland. I think I'll try adding some more cumin next time.

This dressing is a bit too tangy for my taste. I think I'll try adding a little bit of honey to it next time.

I'm not a big fan of cumin, but I was pleasantly surprised by this recipe. The dressing was really flavorful and it didn't have an overpowering cumin taste. I'll definitely be making this again.
