Cucumber/Tomato Salsa image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 cup seeded, diced (1/4 inch) cucumbers
1 cup seeded, diced (1/4 inch) tomatoes
1 teaspoon seeded minced hot jalapeno pepper
1/4 cup scallions
Lemon juice to taste

Steps:

  • Mix the ingredients together right before serving. Also a great topping for broiled or grilled fish or poultry.
