CUCUMBER SALAD WITH WHITE-WINE VINAIGRETTE

- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; stir until sugar and salt are dissolved and cucumbers are evenly coated. Cover with plastic wrap, and place in refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving.
