Cucumber-Infused Gin image

Use this recipe when making our Cucumber-Gin Gimlet.

Number Of Ingredients 2

1 bottle (750 mL) gin
2 English cucumbers, washed and thinly sliced

Steps:

  • Combine gin and cucumbers in a glass jar. Cover, and let steep at room temperature for at least 2 days (or up to 1 week). Strain, discarding cucumbers.
