Cucumber and Chili Raita image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 cucumber
1 cup plain yogurt
1 teaspoon or more finely chopped fresh green chili pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Salt to taste
White pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Peel cucumber and cut it in half lengthwise. Scrape out seeds.
  • Cut cucumber into 1/4-inch slices. Stack slices and cut them into 1/4-inch strips. Cut strips into 1/4-inch cubes.
  • Combine cucumber cubes with remaining ingredients. Blend well.
