My family loves this dish. Very easy and simple. I am an experimenter in the kitchen, love to mix new ideas and flavors together. Guess from watching so many cooking shows.

Number Of Ingredients 5

4 large cubed steaks
2 can(s) cream of mushroom soup, fat-free
2 c rice already cooked
1 can(s) milk, use the soup can
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • 1. preheat oven 350
  • 2. Fry cubed steak in pan,make sure its all the way done. Boil rice till tender, rinse off rice, put in bottom of casserole dish.
  • 3. Mix soup and milk together in bowl, pour 1/2 over into the rice and stir.
  • 4. cut cooked cubed steak into bite size pieces, place over top of rice.
  • 5. pour over the remaining soup mix over the cubed steak.
  • 6. place dish inside preheated oven cook 15 to 20 min.
